All courses are conducted through authorized training centers and academic collaborators, ensuring learners receive verified instruction, certified credentials, and academic authenticity.

Eligibility

To enroll in any Edzor AI program, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age, or have consent from a legal guardian if under 18.
Possess the minimum educational qualifications specified for each course.
Provide accurate personal and contact information during registration.

Edzor reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny admission or participation if false information is provided.

Course Enrollments and Fees

All enrollments are subject to availability and successful fee payment.
Fees once paid are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in cases where Edzor cancels or postpones a batch.
Edzor reserves the right to modify course content, instructors, or schedules for academic and administrative reasons without prior notice.
Payment plans, if offered, must be completed according to the terms agreed at the time of admission.

Certification Policy

Certifications are jointly issued by Edzor and the respective academic collaborator (e.g., iHub IIT Patna, E&ICT IIT Guwahati, iHub IIT Palakkad) upon successful completion of the program.
Learners must fulfill all requirements, including attendance, assignments, projects, and evaluations, to qualify for certification.
Certificates are issued digitally unless otherwise specified.

Code of Conduct

Learners are expected to maintain professionalism and integrity throughout their engagement with Edzor AI.

By enrolling, you agree to:

Respect instructors, mentors, and fellow learners.
Avoid plagiarism, academic dishonesty, or misuse of AI tools.
Not share, distribute, or reproduce Edzor’s course materials or proprietary content without written permission.
Comply with all policies communicated by Edzor or its authorized partners.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension, termination, or denial of certification.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, text, design elements, software, graphics, and associated content available on Edzor platforms are the intellectual property of Edzor Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its academic partners.

Users are granted limited access for personal learning only.

Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of any Edzor content without authorization is strictly prohibited.

Platform and Content Usage

The Edzor website and learning platforms may include interactive tools, recordings, AI-assisted learning modules, and downloadable resources.
Users agree not to misuse these tools for unauthorized purposes or reverse-engineer Edzor’s systems.
Edzor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue platform features at any time for maintenance or upgrades.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and reliability, Edzor AI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or absolute job placement.

Edzor shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from program participation or platform use.

Program Changes and Updates

Edzor reserves the right to update or modify course structures, faculty, content, and assessment formats as part of ongoing academic and industry alignment.

All changes are made with the intent to improve learning outcomes and will be communicated to enrolled learners in advance when possible.

Termination of Access

Edzor may suspend or terminate learner access to courses or the platform for:

Non-payment or breach of Terms
Misuse of learning material or misconduct
Violation of code of conduct or academic integrity

Upon termination, all access rights and content licenses granted to the learner will be revoked.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or Edzor services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
