The Certification in IoT Fundamentals by the Technology Innovation Hub at IIT Bombay introduces learners to the core concepts, technologies, and practical applications of the Internet of Things.

The program covers IoT architecture, device-to-cloud communication, sensors, hardware interfaces, wireless communication, security, privacy, edge computing, cloud processing, and data management.

Learners are introduced to commonly used IoT protocols such as MQTT, CoAP, and HTTP, along with device provisioning, authentication, data routing, and storage using cloud-based services.

The curriculum also explores IoT services across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, as well as the integration of AI and machine learning into IoT systems.
